#1 GET PRE-APPROVED
Differentiate yourself as a serious buyer and have a better sense of what you can afford. Be sure to have the correct documentation on hand when you apply, and you can be pre-approved in minutes.
#2 FIND A HOME
As your agent, I can guide you through the process to find the perfect home for your buck. Make a list of must-haves, deal-breakers, and a wish-list to help target your home search... Let me take care of the rest!
#3 MAKE AN OFFER
Determine your price, submit an offer and negotiate the contract. Having your offer accepted the same day is not uncommon, but if your home gets tied up in negotiations it could lengthen the process.
#4 HOME INSPECTION
Address any hidden issues in the home with the seller. This is the time to reveal if there are any repairs to be done. Account for unexpected circumstances and order home inspections early.
#5 HOME APPRAISAL
A home appraisal is the process by which a licensed appraiser conducts a thorough inspection of a property to assess its true worth (which isn’t always the same as the listing price).
#6 MOVE IN
You'll sign documents that will finalize you home purchase. Now get your keys and it's time to celebrate... Congratulations! You're a homeowner. Finally, you're able to relax in your new home. That is until you start.
